I see your items are made to order. How long before they are shipped to me?

All of our products are made-to-order, which means you are getting a 100% unique-to-you piece. This process can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days depending on the size of the product and number of items in the order.

Custom orders will have longer / different processing times which will be discussed with you along with the other details of your order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. We also accept pay pal and apple payment.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we offer domestic shipping throughout Canada and cross-border to the USA. 

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping within Canada and a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping to the USA for orders under $100.

For orders over $100, we offer FREE SHIPPING to both Canada and the USA.

**Please note: orders that exceed 12lbs are excluded from free and flat rate shipping

You have the option for expedited shipping, at your own cost.

Do you offer local delivery?

We only offer local delivery within a 30km radius for a flat rate of $10. 

I see a product I love, but would like it in a different size. What can I do?

No problem!

We are able to customize products to suit your needs. This request would be considered a "custom order" so reach out via our custom order contact page. Be sure to include as much detail as possible (what product you are interested in, the size you are looking for, along with any other details you would like). We will get back to you ASAP to discuss the price difference, processing time, delivery, etc. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. We always want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase so please reach out if there are any issues upon receiving your item. The item must be shipped back to our Cambridge address and it must be in the same, unused condition in which you received the product.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders 
  • Gift cards 
  • Sale items
